Job Description: Licensed Physical Therapist (PRN / Part-Time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Location: Chesapeake, VA Our Chesapeake Clinics with available PRN hours: Chesapeake (SMOC) - Discovery Dr. Chesapeake (Grassfield) - Cedar Rd. Chesapeake, VA (Kingsborough) - Kingsborough Sq. Chesapeake (Spine & Aquatic) - N. Battlefield Blvd Chesapeake (Western Branch) - Taylor Rd.
