The LVN/LPN observes and documents the patient's medical progress and nursing status changes under the direction of a registered nurse. This position provides direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.Be the Best LVN/LPN Nurse You Can BeIf you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing programCurrently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operationOne year of LVN/LPN work experienceAbility to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical recordsMust possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical roleMust be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locationsResponsibilities:As a LVN/LPN, you will:Performs technical nursing functions and direct patient care consistent with the established plan of care and under the supervision of an RN.Promotes and maintain optimal client care under the supervision of an RN.Maintains a safe patient environment.Identifies and communicates significant abnormalities in patients data to case manager and other appropriate home health team members.Administers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by law.
