Maverick Currencies is hiring a Funded Forex Trader based in Lexington, KY. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity we fund qualified traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.

Compensation & Capital Disclosure

This is a contract role with no fixed salary or hourly pay. Earnings come entirely from a profit split on the trading returns you generate, ranging from 60% to 90% of profits depending on your tier. Consistently profitable traders earn $50,000 to $200,000+ per year. Traders who are not consistently profitable will not earn income the model rewards results, not effort.

A: Yes risk management at the trade level and at the daily level is non-negotiable. The specific limits depend on your account tier, but the principle is the same: protect the capital first, generate returns second.

Q: How do you measure 'consistent'?

A: Consistency is measured across enough trades to be statistically meaningful not over a lucky week or a bad week. Profit factor, win rate, drawdown discipline, and rule adherence all matter, and we review them on an ongoing cadence rather than as a one-shot evaluation.
