Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable plan terms.Job Overview: The Product Application Engineer will play a critical role in bridging the gap between complex technical products and customer needs. You will be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales technical customer support as well as design-in collateral such as datasheets, application notes, and user guides. You will also have a hand in driving future product definition based on technical feedback from our customers and partners.Primary Responsibilities:1. Provide technical customer supportAssist customers in successfully integrating Unigen's solutions into their specific technical designs and infrastructuresProvide first-line customer support for design integration issues as well as any technical issues in productionAssist the sales team by providing technical demonstrations, answering client questions, and drafting customized technical proposalsInterface as necessary with all internal departments to resolve customer issuesUpdate and maintain a weekly tracker summarizing all active customer technical support issues2. Manage customer-facing communication for Failure Analysis casesCoordinate with customers and internal teams on FA requests and customer-facing communication on FA cases3. Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentationDatasheets, Release Notes, Application Notes, Technical White Papers, User Guides, etc.4. Product definitionActing as the "voice of the customer," gathering feedback, and advising the R&D teams on market demands and necessary design improvementsQualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in a product application roleSubject matter experience in memory, storage and AI technologiesIn-depth knowledge of AI, enterprise, and data center end marketsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion in a cross-functional setting.Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-starter mindset
