Your Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, arrange necessary diagnostic tests, and develop tailored care plans
• Provide diagnoses and treatment for acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses, either independently or in collaboration with physicians
• Guide patients and their families on wellness, preventive measures, and disease management
• Prescribe medications and treatments per scope of practice

Essential Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or related specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
