The role reports to the UGA Head of Private Equity Americas and shapes VC/PE allocations for Asset and Wealth Management clients.**Key Responsibilities**- Source and originate access-constrained GP relationships from personal network and the intermediary community, including tracking spin-out candidates- Conduct detailed due diligence on prospective venture capital, growth equity, and private equity funds, including performance analysis, fund manager evaluations, and risk assessments- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing fund investments, reporting to senior management- Develop and maintain financial models supporting investment decisions- Prepare investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders- Support distribution teams in SMA or fund product pitches across Asset and Wealth Management clients- Assist in negotiation and structuring of investment agreements**Qualifications**- 7+ years of experience in private equity, fund of funds, or related investment roles- Primary-focused role, but understanding of secondaries and co-investments is critical- Proven ability to conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred- Strong network within Venture Capital and deep GP relationships required**Location**New York or San Francisco.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
