Job Requirements Job Description Fulfill regular classroom duties of an Education Support Professional under the supervision of the social pragmatics program teacher at O'Maley Middle School to support students with disabilities by providing individualized, intensive instruction in all academic areas. Responsibilities: Provide classroom and educational support services to students under the supervision of the classroom teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Qualifications: Associates Degree or higher; or completion of ParaPro Testing Experience and/or education working with children with special needs, preferred Ability to work cooperatively with classroom teacher(s) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success. Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team. Track record of professionalism and effective collaboration in the workplace.
