In addition to competitive flat-rate compensation, Szott offers performance bonus opportunities based on hours turned and Fixed First Visit performance.

STELLANTIS EXPERIENCE? WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU

If you have experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Wagoneer, or other Stellantis products, your experience has value.

Experienced Stellantis technicians can expect to earn more based on experience, training, certifications, and capabilities.

If you're already trained on the product, we want to put that experience to work.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants MUST meet the following requirements:

• Michigan Mechanic Certification/License and/or ASE Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a certified automotive technician
• Must have experience working in and be familiar with a flat-rate compensation environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to properly diagnose, repair, and document vehicle concerns
• Ability to work effectively with Service Advisors, Parts personnel, and fellow technicians
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Manufacturer certifications and Stellantis experience are strongly preferred and may qualify you for increased earning potential.
