Property Site Inspector Handyman

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Property Inspector/Handyman to join our successful property management team. The Property Inspector/Handyman will be responsible for inspecting properties to ensure they are guest-ready and performing maintenance tasks as needed. Responsibilities Visually inspect properties for damages Clean up after cleaners if anything was missed Report any damages Procure supplies as needed Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning air filters Start laundry for cleaners Answer emails and phone calls as needed Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks Perform other duties as assigned by the owner Qualifications Must have a fuel-efficient car Knowing Spanish is a plus Having an inspector background is a plus Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn the business #J-18808-Ljbffr RR- DISNEY CARD
