Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers with account-related questions, payments, and issue resolution. This role ensures a positive customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving concerns, and providing clear and accurate information. The Customer Service Representative partners with internal teams to maintain accurate account records, follow established workflows, and meet quality and productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment.Location: Onsite - 4135 South Stream Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28217Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Zone, Monday – FridayStart Date: 11/2/2026Compensation: $16-$18 per hour base + performance incentivesKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balancesProvide clear, professional explanations of balances, payments, and available optionsSet up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phoneAccurately document all interactions while navigating multiple systemsFollow established workflows, scripts, and compliance requirementsMeet performance goals related to productivity and qualityAssist customers with available support or financial assistance programs when applicableRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, office, front desk, administrative, or similar)Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentStrong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems (Outlook, Word, Excel or similar tools)Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including handling account-related conversationsDemonstrated reliability and consistent work history with a track record of meeting expectationsPreferred Qualifications:Call center experienceExperience with billing, payments, or account resolutionExperience meeting or exceeding performance metricsExperience handling escalated customer interactionsExposure to healthcare, insurance, or financial services environmentsAbout Us:Meduit is a national leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, supporting hospitals and physician practices in 48 states.
