We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a "Solutions Architect" mindset—someone who uses technical curiosity to diagnose root causes and keep our Performance Tapes facility running at peak performance. Your Impact: Diagnosis & Repair: Use detailed drawings, schematics, and precision tools to locate and fix mechanical failures in pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery. Electrical Mastery: Install and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including motors, switchboards, automated controls, and circuit breakers. PLC Troubleshooting: Utilize PLCs to identify faults in automated lines and implement corrective measures. Preventive Excellence: Follow strict maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and assist engineers in identifying long-term process improvements. Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace. We prioritize the safety of our team above all else. Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work. Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in Electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting/repair. Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical disciplines, or equivalent. AutoCAD proficiency. Advanced PLC root-cause diagnostic skills. Agility: Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
