Memory Care Administrator - RN

As the Memory Care Administrator – RN you will enrich lives every day by managing, mentoring, and coordinating a team of top‑performing nurses, medical aides, and caregivers to deliver superior service for residents living in Touchmark’s Memory Care neighborhood. You will ensure that residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. Pay Range $38.00–$43.00 per hour (DOE) Education and Experience Requirements Current RN license required 1‑2 years of experience working with older adults in a health‑care setting; geriatric mental health a plus Willingness to continue learning and improving skills, and a commitment to confidentiality Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification Key Responsibilities Oversee care for residents in the Memory Care neighborhood Support the planning and coordination of resident care, while promoting ongoing quality improvement within the licensed care neighborhood Serve as a liaison between residents, nurses, families, and external healthcare resources to help coordinate the highest appropriate level of care for each resident Complete care plans and other required documentation within established timeframes Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations Help supervise care staff and support them in making informed resident care decisions Maintain a full‑time on‑site presence and provide direct resident care when needed Participate in the nursing on‑call rotation for team member scheduling issues Provide support to Assisted Living as needed The Ideal Candidate Will Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a senior living environment Embody Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), and desire to model these values through leadership and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers Demonstrate leadership ability and capability to work effectively with all levels of personnel Possess qualities of leadership, responsibility, time management, compassion, and patience Be able to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors Benefits Paid time off (including holidays) Health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and eligible dependents Education assistance Bonus and retirement plans Health care, dependent care, and commuter Flexible Spending Accounts On‑Demand Pay allows you to access pay as you earn it Employee Assistance Program Supplemental insurance options #J-18808-Ljbffr Touchmark
