Maintenance Assistant Full Time

Our nursing home is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant who takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Every repair you make helps improve someone's day!

What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues Complete preventative maintenance tasks Assist with room renovations and equipment repairs Help maintain the building and grounds Respond to maintenance requests with a positive attitude and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

General maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work independently Dependable, motivated, and a team player A heart for serving our senior residents
