Your future role at a glance Location: Will float across various North and South hospital locations. Facility: Various North and South Market Locations Department/Specialty: ICU Nurse Staffing Schedule: Schedule: Night l PRN Pay: $60 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Deliverspecialized, high-quality direct patient care across diverse specialty units, strictlyadheringto established policies and protocols. Implementand continuouslyevaluatecustomized patient care plans, accuratelymonitoringanddocumentingpatient response to ensure optimal outcomes. Coordinateall patient care activities, effectivelycollaboratingwith physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey. Assesspatient needs comprehensively andexecutephysician and nursing orders promptly and accurately to maintain safety and efficiency. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional requirements you'll need 2 years of recent bedside experience in Critical Care. Must be able to work all aspects of Critical Care (Neuro, Cardiac, Medical, Surgical). Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
