Customer Service Support Specialist

Duration 13-Week Contract- with Possible Extension Pay Rate Up to $21 per hour Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities Respond to member inquiries via telephone, mail, and in-person interactions Research, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and appeals in accordance with established policies and procedures Educate current and prospective members regarding healthcare plans, benefits, coverage provisions, and product offerings Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records Monitor and manage outstanding cases to ensure timely follow-up and resolution Collaborate with internal departments and healthcare providers to address member concerns and service issues Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery Support enrollment periods, outreach initiatives, departmental projects, and other organizational objectives Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent Customer Service or Call Center experience within the last 3 year Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based system Understanding of healthcare insurance products, including HMO, PPO, and POS plans, as well as claims and billing processes Associate Degree required; however, 4+ years of related customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a degree #J-18808-Ljbffr N2S Healthcare Staffing Solutions LLC
