Paid new hire training and certifications Job Details Program: 040 Wage: 27.90 - 28.70 / Hour Location: Tacoma, WA Shifts: Monday-Friday with on-call rotation approximately every 4 weeks Job Summary The Residential Manager is responsible for oversight and supervision of assigned programs. They ensure programs achieve outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The Manager supervises Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide highest quality care to clients. You will help clients explore new opportunities and the potential of their own independence.
