Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for supporting maintenance operations, coordinating service-related activities, and delivering exceptional customer support to residents and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and maintain service request queues, dashboards, and workflow systems to help ensure timely completion of maintenance and property-related tasks.

Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for field personnel to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Review work order estimates and supporting documentation to confirm scope, pricing, and compliance with established approval guidelines.

Assist with utility account research and coordination to help ensure services are activated promptly for vacant properties.

Support the administration of property possession processes, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and property cleanout activities when required.

Maintain accurate records and perform additional administrative duties to support departmental operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in a customer service, administrative support, or operations-focused role.

Exposure to property management, facilities maintenance, construction, or related industries is preferred.

Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience working with Adobe products.
