Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a diverse book of business and contribute to the success of a well-established organization. Compensation Package Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a $2 million book of business, including accounts with premiums ranging from $800 to $100,000. Handle daily tasks such as renewals, answering client inquiries, issuing certificates, and providing exceptional customer service. Quote new and renewal business as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, go-getter mindset.
