Property Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Overview As the Property Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll have a big mission. Responsible for ensuring the Company's standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, ‘how’ things are done matters just as much as ‘what’ was done here at BH! Key Responsibilities Process committed invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner. Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies to ensure proper payments are processed within invoice terms. Assist with reconciling and reviewing vendor statements. Assist with filing replacement reserves requests on a recurring basis. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. MS Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational/multi-tasking skills. Ability to consistently meet deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills. Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers. Seniority Level: Experienced. Industry: Accounting. Employment Type: Full-Time.
