What You’ll Do:
Drive and operate a 26 ft box truck safely
Lead a crew on residential and commercial moves
Load, wrap, and protect items like they’re your own
Communicate with customers and keep the job on track
Set the pace, keep the crew efficient, and solve problems on-site
Represent a brand people trust
What It Takes
Moving experience required (lead experience preferred)
Valid driver’s license (DOT experience is a plus)
Confident driving a 26 ft box truck
Lift 75+ lbs consistently
Show up on time, ready to lead
Strong communication and leadership skills
Weekend availability
