Job Description

The role involves adhering to all cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulatory standards. It includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as supply agreements, development agreements, license agreements, supplier agreements, quality agreements, employee-related agreements, AIA agreements, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, and consulting agreements. The position also requires legal support for facilities and real estate matters, including lease negotiations, landlord relations, property-related disputes, amendments, and required notifications. Additionally, it involves providing legal advice to all departments and levels of the organization, managing litigation matters, selecting and managing external legal counsel where appropriate, advising on corporate law matters, handling legal aspects of employee-related issues, assimilating regulatory, intellectual property, and commercial goals, monitoring and advising on legislative, regulatory, and legal changes, leading NSDP risk management assessments and mitigation strategies, leading the Integrity Committee, reviewing corporate documentation and processes, leading crisis management preparation and execution, working closely with the finance department on intercompany agreements, serving as a member of the fiduciary committee, supervising legal staff within NSDP, overseeing contract governance processes, providing legal and compliance training to NSDP employees, providing executive leadership to support the achievement of overall business strategy and objectives, and serving as Corporate Secretary for NSDP operating and holding companies.

Qualifications

Experience: Juris Doctor, 7-8 years of Corporate Law, Legal, and Pharmaceutical Experience, Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, Basic Mathematic Skills, Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Previous Supervisory Skills, Project management skills, Excellent negotiation, counseling, contract drafting, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated team player and leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building relationships with clients, colleagues, and subordinates.
