To ensure we adhere to AI principles, policies, and commitments, we are hiring a program manager to lead the day-to-day operations and review processes of our responsible AI program. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the governance and risk management involved in how our AI principles are applied to technology offerings, working in partnership with executive leadership, Legal, Public Policy, and Engineering teams. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations and policy review process for responsible AI. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of Responsible AI requirements across internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, and Technology teams. Partner with Sales teams to integrate Responsible AI practices into the sales pipeline and foster a culture of compliance while implementing comprehensive AI training. Capture governance artifacts and metadata in enterprise systems of record to maintain traceability and audit readiness.
