Automotive Tech I (Manheim) $3,000 Bonus

Auto Maintenance Tech I Position located at a specified Cox Automotive location. No remote option. Must be available for travel as required. Compensation Hourly base pay rate $24.09–$36.11 per hour. Compensation may also include commission, incentive programs, and a sign‑on bonus. Work Schedule Sunday through Thursday, day shift. Responsibilities Perform general auto maintenance including oil, filter, fuel, and transmission flush. Conduct battery testing, replacement, and repair of starting and charging systems. Carry out repairs on tires, safety inspections, rear main seal, timing covers, radiators, suspension components, and interior/exterior parts. Diagnose and repair brake, steering, and suspension systems. Evacuate and recharge the air‑conditioning system. Maintain workshop equipment and utilize approved vendors for parts. Upsite new vehicles with necessary equipment. Comply with recycling, fluid, tire, and trash regulations. Qualifications Required: at least 1 year of related work experience. Ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles. Valid driver’s license. Preferred: high school diploma or GED. Preferred: current ASE Certifications G1, A4, or A5.
