Business Analyst

Responsibilities Perform research and analysis to support reimbursement policy governance and related business operations. Elicit, document, develop, and track business and functional requirements to address intermediate‑level business needs. Support governance and operational execution by maintaining tracking tools and documentation. Develop and document business requirement deliverables for projects supporting reimbursement policy governance. Document new procedures and supporting artifacts (e.g., work instructions, workflow diagrams). Maintain and manage SharePoint and other document repositories. Use industry‑standard analysis techniques (e.g., workflow analysis, business process mapping). Perform quality assurance on reimbursement policy documentation and deliverables. Requirements Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 3+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field. Experience managing document repositories (e.g., SharePoint) Experience using reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint lists, or similar) Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing structured materials such as summaries, meeting notes, reporting outputs, or briefing documents. Experience supporting governance, review, or approval processes through documentation, tracking, coordination, and quality control using established standards or checklists. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across documentation and deliverables.
