Logistics Supervisor

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturer in the Cookeville area to find a full-time Logistics Supervisor. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory. Ensuring orders are correct, complete, and shipped on schedule Guiding and supporting team members to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement Keeping inventory and material flow organized and accurate Enforcing safety standards and handling incident reporting Providing training to employees and supporting continuous improvement efforts Managing staffing, scheduling, and overtime All other tasks as necessary Qualifications: 3+ years of experience leading warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution or similar Knowledge of inventory control and material flow Experience working with ERP or warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Our Client Offers: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
