What if your next workweek set the foundation for a long-term career in manufacturing? At our Chandler, Arizona facility, we’re hiring a Manufacturing Equipment Operator Trainee who’s ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in hands-on work.

Your week at a glance

Work Schedule: 6AM - 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday

What you’ll do

Set up and operate band saws and cold saws to cut raw materials precisely.
Lay out and measure stock using a tape measure and basic measuring tools.
Prepare materials for downstream/secondary operations to keep jobs moving.
Support general shop and production activities as needed.
Assist with prepping parts for powder coating when required.

How you’ll grow

Bring the right attitude and we’ll teach you the rest. As you develop, you may train on:

CNC vertical machining centers
CNC turning centers
CNC press brakes
Additional fabrication and production machinery

What it takes

No specific prior experience required—just drive and reliability.
Solid mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how things work.
Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring instruments.
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and uphold shop procedures.
Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing environment.
