Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience What You'll Do Support and execute continuous improvement projects by collecting and analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with implementation efforts Conduct process audits, monitor improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with established procedures and operational standards. Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while providing training on new processes and continuous improvement methodologies Analyze operational performance data, perform root cause analysis, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Lead or support Kaizen and SMED events while maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to collaborate with operators, engineering, and leadership teams What You Bring Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a STEM related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, or similar methodologies Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools Discover What Makes Harrisonburg Special With a proud history dating back to 1980, our site has built a reputation for teamwork, dedication, customer focus, and community spirit.
