Job Summary The Warehouse Specialist is a cross-functional team member responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and inventory auditing Job Responsibilities Receive and inspect inbound shipm ents for accuracy and damage Stock inventory into correctlocations using scanners Pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipping Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory audits Identify inventorydiscrepancies, root causes of inventory variances, and opportunities for process enhancement Maintain inventory accountability, material condition integrity, and documentation accuracy Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders (procurement, logistics, customer service etc.)at thebonded warehouse Communicate and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed and completed Support Kingstree manufacturing and/or logistics activites especially during peak season Required Qualifications A minimum high school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience working in warehouse enviroment Minimum 2 years of experienceoperating powered industrial trucks Working knowledge of SAP for inventory management Proficient in Microsoft software suites (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.) Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and writtencommunication skills Ability to work in a dynamic work environment by shifiting between different priorities, adjusting work schedule and/or working overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
