Title Safety & Security Supervisor Reports To General Manager / Operations Manager Department Guest Services Summary of Position Responsible for oversight of all Safety and Security Associates who protect the Company’s property against theft and vandalism and ensure the safety of all pass holders and guests. Responsibilities Supervise security personnel while providing leadership, training and guidance Schedule the work and duties of all individual Safety and Security Associates Provide immediate response to any problems or concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain clear and detailed reports and logs in accordance with Company policies and procedures Oversee the inspection of all vehicles entering the property Confirm that guests of pass holders have appropriate guest pass Be polite and informative while speaking with pass holders and guests Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards Notify the office for all club deliveries and guest tours and direct to appropriate area Keep Events Chalkboard current for each week; announce special events of the day and make announcements of current events on sale. Hand out flyers given by management to all vehicles Maintain guest log and POS register as required by the post Ensure the safety of the property by never leaving the gatehouse unattended Notify the front office in case of emergency and escort emergency vehicles to site of the emergency Enforce rules of the club at all times; escort trespassers from property including pass holders who are on property after Club hours; lock-down gate house at designated time Maintain the cleanliness of the property by collecting garbage during routine scans and disposing in the compactor area Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities Be professional by wearing the proper uniform and maintaining appearance When not in the gatehouse, provide scan coverage of the property by ensuring club is free from intruders and is orderly and safe; escort trespassers from property Understand company’s ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
