Possesstheabilitytoreadandunderstanddrawingsandspecifications. BefluentintheEnglishlanguage. Possessexcellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills. BeknowledgeableoftheMicrosoftOfficesuiteofsoftware Maintainaneducationthatmeetstheclient'sconstructionstandards. ExecutetheConfidentialityAgreementattachedhereto. Performsatisfactorilyasmeasuredyearlyonevaluationforms. MaintainanOSHA30Certification. MaintainaFirstAidandCPRCertification. Possesstheabilitytoworkwellunderpressure. KeyCompetencies Attentiontodetail Planningandorganizing Decision-making Goodcommunicationsskills–theabilitytocommunicateeffectivelybothinthewrittenandspokenword. EssentialFunctions: includethefollowing. Leadresponsibilityformaintainingthescheduleonassignedconstructionprojects. Providestwo-weeklook-aheadschedulesandpreparesnarrativestoProjectManager. RecommendscorrectiveactionsforprojectsbehindscheduleoroverbudgettotheProjectManager. PresentsclearlyunderstoodschedulestoProjectManagers. Preparesinitialpreparationoftasktimelines. Maintainsprojectcontinuityamongsubcontractors,designers,customersandprojectmanagementbydocumentingandcommunicatingactions,irregularitiesandcontinuingneeds. Identifiesequipmentrequiredtocompletetasks ReviewcustomerrequirementsandRFQdocumentation Holdsweeklyprogressmeetingswithallsubcontractorsandin-housecrews. AdherestothethreephasesofQualityControlinaccordancewithACOEConstructionQualityControlProgram. Maintainssafetyinaccordancewiththeproject’ssafetydocuments:AccidentPreventionPlan,SDS,AHA’s,OSHAandEM385-1-1oritslatestrevision. TurninginallrequiredreportsonFridaystoyourassignedProjectManager Timesheets DailyJobReport DailyQualityControlReport DailySafetyReport 2WeekLook-AheadSchedule UpdatedConstructionSchedule,submittalregisterandotherdocumentspursuanttothecontract/specificationrequirements). Communicatewithandworkalongsidecustomersfieldrepresentatives. Reviewproposalsandnewcontractsforcostandschedulefeasibility.RecommendvalueengineeringchangestoScopeofWork. Maintainprojectrecordsinaneatandorganizedmanner.
