Biological Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities Perform upstream processing activities such as cell thawing, cell expansion, passaging, and bioreactor inoculation and harvest. Support downstream processing including clarification, filtration, chromatography, TFF, sterile filtration, and fill/finish operations. Perform hands-on laboratory procedures associated with viral vector production and characterization. Work within cleanroom environments while following aseptic processing and gowning requirements. Prepare solutions, media, and other materials needed for manufacturing activities. Follow approved SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing procedures throughout production. Accurately document manufacturing activities in accordance with GMP/GDP requirements. Assist with SOP development, process documentation, batch records, and client-specific procedures. Support equipment maintenance and general laboratory operations. Perform routine area sanitization and waste handling according to established procedures.. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline. 1–4 years of relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing or cleanroom environment. Hands-on cell culture experience is preferred. Experience working with adherent or suspension cell culture systems is a plus. Experience with bioreactors, cell harvest, or scale-up activities is highly desirable.. Experience working in a Class 7/Grade C or higher cleanroom environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
