Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory professional to support the accurate testing and evaluation of raw materials, production batches, and customer samples. This role is responsible for following established laboratory, quality, and safety procedures while reviewing results, maintaining instrumentation and calibration, and ensuring timely and accurate laboratory reporting. Objective / purpose of the function Testing of raw materials, production batches, customer samples accurately with due diligence Sample submission and follow lab protocol and decisionary for testing customer samples Review lab results and release lab reports Follow lab protocol for testing raw materials and production batches Follow safety procedures decided in Safety Manual and hazard assessment Maintain calibration as decided in Quality Manual Method development andMaintain instrumentation Provide Certificate of Analysis or Conformance on production batches – when requested Provide support in the field, order laboratory supplies – when needed Tasks, responsibilities, competences Sample submission and follow lab protocol and decisionary for testing customer samples Review lab results and release lab reports Follow lab protocol for testing raw materials and production batches Follow safety procedures decided in Safety Manual and hazard assessment Maintain calibration as decided in Quality Manual Method development andMaintain instrumentation Provide Certificate of Analysis or Conformance on production batches – when requested Provide support in the field, order laboratory supplies – when needed Project assigned completed according to schedule Accuracy of work Volume of work Lab health & safety – labeling and maintaining a clean workspace Work Location In person- Goshen, NY Competitive salary range of $65,000- $70,000 a year Requirements Previous lab experience 4 Year College Degree in Chemistry or equivalent Computer skills and program comprehension Your opportunity We're offering a challenging and dynamic position within a motivated team.
