Senior Accountant (Charlotte Metro)

StevenDouglas is partnering with a client seeking a Senior Accountant for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideally based in the Charlotte, NC metro area, with flexibility for strong candidates located elsewhere in the Carolinas, Greenville/Spartanburg, Atlanta, or along the I-85 corridor.

This individual will assist with the following tasks:

• Managing month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Preparing financial reports and supporting variance analysis
• Supporting general accounting operations in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with finance and operations teams on accounting needs

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry background preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently
