Quality Specialist – Manufacturing / ISO 9001 / Continuous Improvement Location: Upstate, SC Pay: $60K-$70K Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time Our client is a growing manufacturer that specializes in complex industrial products and is committed to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. They offer a collaborative environment where employees have the opportunity to make a direct impact. They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Specialist, to join their team in a direct hire role. In this position, you will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve manufacturing processes, maintain documentation, and support quality initiatives across the organization.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids
• Support ISO 9001 documentation, audit readiness, and corrective actions
• Conduct layered process audits and verify adherence to standard work
• Coordinate engineering changes and support new product introductions
• Partner with Engineering and Production to resolve process issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency

What you need to succeed:

• 2–5 years of manufacturing, engineering support, or process-focused experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of material (BOMs)
• Experience creating work instructions and process documentation
• Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
