You will collaborate with a dedicated field operations crew that takes true pride in doing the job right the first time.

Place, pour, and finish concrete surfaces for diverse commercial applications according to strict project specifications.

Set and align forms, screeds, and headers accurately to ensure precise dimensions and structural integrity.

Monitor chemical curing processes and apply specialized surface treatments, sealers, or hardeners to finished slabs.

Read and interpret detailed construction plans, elevations, and structural drawings to guide daily field execution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while managing tools, equipment, and raw materials efficiently.

Communicate effectively with your team members and take absolute personal ownership of your daily output.

Proven experience working with concrete placement and finishing techniques within a commercial environment.

Strong ability to read, interpret, and work directly from construction plans, blueprints, and elevations.

Demonstrated reliability with a track record of consistent on-time attendance and clear professional communication.

Ability to travel up to 10% of total working hours to various regional project sites outside a 30-mile radius.
