Trainee Option Not applicable Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Knowledge of the methods, materials and practices of large-scale food preparation, food service and related activities including health hazards in food service and the necessary precautionary measures. Knowledge of the care and use of food service implements and equipment. Ability to read and follow recipes and special directions. Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. Ability to work while standing and under conditions of high temperature and humidity.
