Why this opportunity AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a 202-bed hospital with a dedicated fifth-floor OBGYN unit, including 2 ORs and 10 labor & delivery rooms. Da Vinci Xi surgical technology with 9 operating rooms. A collaborative local team of 2 OBGYNs, 3 GYNs, 5 CNMs and 1 APRN, supported by engaged leadership at the local, regional and broader levels. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary $380,000 to include 7 24-hour in-house shifts per month $75,000 sign-on bonus $4,400 per extra shift No PLD included Occurrence-based malpractice coverage. 403(b) with 100% match up to 8%, plus 457(b).
