About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  Senior Regional Construction Scheduler to support complex construction programs and provide schedule oversight, analysis, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining construction schedules, supporting project teams, evaluating schedule impacts, and providing detailed schedule-related reporting to assist leadership with key project milestones and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to senior management and prepare schedule-related reports to support key project milestones and program objectives.

• Assist in the supervision of Project Schedulers and support project teams in reviewing and evaluating CPM schedules.

• Review construction drawings, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil plans, to develop a clear understanding of project scope.

• Review baseline construction schedules in Primavera P6 and identify missing scope, logic, milestones, critical path activities, and cost loading requirements.

• Prepare written schedule review comments based on schedule analyses and established review procedures.

• Review monthly contractor schedule updates and document milestone delays, critical path impacts, and overall schedule performance.

• Perform Time Impact Analyses using Windows Analysis and prepare detailed schedule forensic evaluations and reports.

• Interpret construction drawings and contract requirements to evaluate potential schedule impacts and time extension requests.

• Communicate schedule-related issues, concerns, and recommendations with project teams during regular project meetings.

• Develop, maintain, and update program schedules, master schedules, milestones, logic relationships, and project constraints.

• Perform regular status updates of master schedules and program schedules.

• Maintain schedule coding structures, layouts, and reporting standards to ensure schedule data integrity.

• Prepare schedule reports and analyses as directed by management.

• Visit project sites, attend meetings, and review construction progress against approved schedules.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Minimum 10   years in construction scheduling for an owner or general contractor, ideally on educational or public works projects.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite , with a strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling principles, and schedule forensics.
• Superior organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture , Engineering , Construction Management or any related field.
