General Manager -EMWV

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premier luxury fitness club in Las Vegas. This leader will have full responsibility for the club’s financial performance, membership growth, sales, operations, team development, and overall member experience.

The ideal candidate is a hospitality-minded, sales-oriented operator who understands how to run a high-touch, premium environment. This individual should be highly visible on the floor, comfortable engaging directly with members and employees, and capable of building a culture centered around service excellence, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L and financial performance of the club, including revenue generation, expense management, labor, profitability, and budget performance.
• Drive membership sales, retention, renewals, referrals, and ancillary revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional member engagement.
• Lead all aspects of club operations, including fitness, personal training, front desk, sales, membership services, amenities, facilities, and member programming.
• Create and maintain a luxury hospitality experience , ensuring every member interaction reflects the club’s brand standards and service expectations.
• Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees across all departments, building a strong internal pipeline of future leaders.
• Monitor key performance indicators including membership growth, attrition, conversion, personal training revenue, payroll, labor productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop lead-generation, prospecting, conversion, referral, and membership retention initiatives.
• Establish a strong culture of sales accountability , ensuring the team consistently delivers against membership and revenue targets.
• Personally engage with members, VIP clients, prospects, and community partners to build relationships and strengthen the club’s reputation within the Las Vegas market.
• Ensure the club consistently meets or exceeds standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, equipment, amenities, and facility maintenance.
• Address member concerns and service recovery issues quickly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen loyalty.
• Analyze club performance and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvement, and enhanced member engagement.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership on strategic initiatives, promotions, capital projects, staffing, and business development.
• Build relationships with local businesses, luxury brands, hotels, residences, and community organizations to generate new membership opportunities and strengthen the club’s local presence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, health and safety requirements, and applicable Nevada regulations.

Leadership Profile

The successful candidate will be:

• A proven General Manager, Club Manager, Hotel General Manager, or senior hospitality/fitness operator with experience leading a premium customer-facing operation.
• Highly comfortable owning a P&L and operating a multi-department business .
• Strong in membership sales, business development, retention, and revenue generation.
• A visible, hands-on leader who leads from the floor rather than from an office.
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering an elevated customer experience .
• An exceptional people leader with a track record of recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded and comfortable using KPIs and financial data to drive decisions.
• Polished, professional, and highly effective when interacting with affluent clientele, executives, VIP members, and community partners.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience managing a significant P&L, large team, membership-based business, or premium hospitality operation is highly desirable.
