Job Title: Sup Phlebotomist- LBJ Salary: $20.87 - $25.42 Job Summary Perform phlebotomy procedures for the collection of blood samples. Demonstrate competency via direct observation and assessment for venipuncture, blood culture collection for bottles or isolator tubes, and age‑specific skills. Accurately identify patients and collect correct specimens. Achieve productivity standards. Maintain specimen integrity by collecting and transporting specimens in a timely manner. Accurately perform assignments in registration and accessioning. Utilize all equipment and supplies safely for patients, co‑workers, and self. Minimum Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED. Certified Phlebotomist or eligible preference. One year of experience preferred. Proficiency in P.C. operation. Job Attributes Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), EPIC, and Rover (if applicable). Job Attributes: Flexible work schedule, including rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
