You'll work closely with a skilled team to ensure each panel is built to high standards and meets project specifications.What You'll Do As a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for:Assembling PLC control panels with precision, ensuring components are correctly placed and wiredInstalling jumper wires and positioning electrical components accurately within control panelsCutting, stripping, and coupling wires to create secure, safe, and compliant connectionsDrilling and tapping holes to accommodate components while maintaining strong workmanship standardsAssisting with general electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as needed to meet project demandsWhat You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:1–2 years of relevant professional experience in electrical assembly or control panel workProfessional working experience in soldering and building reliable electrical connectionsFamiliarity with reading electrical schematics (preferred, not required)Comfort using power tools (drills, screwdrivers, grinders, sanders) and standing for extended periodsThe ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us in Albany?
