Porter / Groundskeeper

Pay: $19-22
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a strong, dependable, and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to join a busy apartment community in Hendersonville, TN . This is a physically demanding position that requires someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and can keep the property looking its best every day.
Responsibilities
- Empty and clean trash compactors
- Handle large amounts of trash and debris throughout the property
- Maintain the cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas
- Pick up litter and keep the grounds clean and presentable
- Assist with pressure washing and curb appeal projects
- Support the maintenance team with general labor as needed
- Help prepare the property for resident satisfaction and inspections
Qualifications
- Previous apartment porter or groundskeeper experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are required
- Must be willing to handle heavy trash removal and compactor clean-up
- Team player with a positive attitude
