While there may not be an active opening at this time, we encourage you to apply so we canreach out when a matching role becomes available.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDesigns, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Software engineering or related field and 12-15+ years of relevant experienceMasters degree in software engineering or related field and 10-13+ years of relevant experiencePhD in software engineering or related field and 8-10+ years of relevant experience12 YOE as a software, application engineer, or developer on computer and database management systemsCompetence in business application design, database management, and use of programming languages, (C#, C++, Perl, Python, Java Script)Experience in session initiation protocol Must hold active TS/SCI ClearancePreferred RequirementsPrior experience with FBI ELSUR ProgramStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a close team environmentPrevious leadership experience or willingness to lead and mentor othersBS Degree in Software engineering or related field & 12 YOEMaster’s degree in software engineering or related field & 10 YOEPhD Degree in Software engineering or related field & 8 YOEPhysical RequirementsAdequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
