Skills, Requirements, and Experience: 3+ years of Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Operations Leadership experience. Experience leading teams of 20+ employees in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to drive productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement. Experience managing attendance, performance, and employee development. Proficiency with production reporting, KPIs, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment. Food manufacturing experience preferred. Continuous improvement experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities and Job Duties: Supervise and lead production team members during 2nd or 3rd shift operations. Ensure production goals, quality standards, and daily schedules are achieved. Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement. Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, and company policies. Monitor productivity, attendance, and workforce performance. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support operational objectives. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Conduct shift meetings, employee coaching sessions, and performance discussions. Investigate and resolve production, quality, and personnel-related issues. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
