Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job-related travel is occasional . - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities

• This position is full-time in an office setting
• Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy
• Serves as the EBT clerk
• Make appropriate program referrals to community resources
• Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and promptly
• Participate in individual and staff conferences
• Must attend all mandatory training associated with the position
• Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner
• Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards
• Performing various backup duties as required
