• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to maintain their interest throughout the hiring journey
• Keep detailed and updated logs in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews carried out, and hires originating from your leads

How you'll be paid:
