Our client, a modern adhesives production facility specializing in water-based adhesives for paper products, cardboard boxes, and furniture, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a General Production Associate. As a vital member of the production team, you will support daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: 5am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Support the operations team by packaging products according to customer specifications
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks safely after receiving proper training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure workplace

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to support manual tasks and operate equipment
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
