Job Summary Join the Guthrie Binghamton Dental Care team to provide high-quality patient dental care in Binghamton and surrounding communities. This full‑time position is located at 219 Front Street, Binghamton, New York. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental services to adults and children, including: Urgent care and routine cleanings Fillings, crowns, and simple extractions Sealants, x‑rays, and fluoride treatments Patient education and oral health support Qualifications Full‑time NYS or PA licensed dentist Minimum one year of clinical experience Eligibility for J1 or H1B visa candidates Experience working with Medicaid or New York State Child Health Plus programs is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $190,000 annually Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability insurance 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match and age‑based contributions Allowance for licensure fees, DEA certificate and renewals Student loan forgiveness through the New York State NHSC program (eligible dentists) Annual CME stipend of $3,500 for conference registration, certifications, and specialty society fees Work–Life Balance Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. traditional schedule Generous paid time off Additional Support Relocation expenses up to $15,000 Partner placement assistance available Dedicated onboarding team to ensure a successful start Contact Contact Recruiter: Cathy J.
