Overview Johnson Brothers is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. We are looking for an On‑Premise Sales Consultant focused on luxury spirits and estate wines. Job Duties & Responsibilities Plan and execute luxury consumer events to acquire new business, expose the brand, and grow sales. Develop and maintain a specific Target Accounts list to grow the luxury portfolio in the designated territory. Drive new luxury placements and increase market share through securing new Points of Distribution in key independent retail and On‑Premises accounts. Increase by‑the‑glass presence within influential accounts. Identify iconic/key accounts and develop account performance and activation plans. Manage execution of luxury allocations in relationship with key accounts. Partner with brand managers and supplier personnel to deliver event experiences that acquire, sell, and retain consumers. Serve as a brand/category product knowledge expert, providing training and insights to consumers and trade. Conduct competitive analysis and provide consumer, channel, and competitive insights to support program development. Use insights to collaborate with brand and supplier sales teams to develop innovative programs and ideas. Qualifications Dynamic and creative storyteller with previous sales experience in the luxury wine or adult beverage industry. Industry certifications preferred (WSET II/III, CSW, CSS, Court of Master Sommelier). Impeccable time management, multitasking ability, and meeting deadlines. Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive/travel through the market area. 2+ years of luxury sales experience with a proven track record of territory growth and development. Proven experience with iconic, luxury brands and building relationships with top on‑premise accounts (resorts, restaurants, country clubs). Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or comparable industry experience/skills). Must pass criminal background and MVR checks. Employment Type Regular Time, Full time.
