Community Associate

5555 Glenridge Connector, Suite 200, 30342 Atlanta The Opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within the center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business. A Typical Day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that the cleaners have not missed anything. Throughout the morning customers arrive: some ask for a changed WiFi code, others want to know if their package has arrived, while others need directions to a meeting room, help with a projector, or a good cup of coffee. You assist each request and ensure all services are properly charged for accurate invoicing. You take a quick coffee break to relax. During lunch, you sort mail and handle other customer requests, emailing a customer to let them know their package is waiting. In the afternoon you help with printing, invoicing, and open support tickets for a team room that is too hot. You again take a short break and then sit down with the Community Manager to discuss next week’s networking event. You plan and write e‑invites, and create, print and display posters on the noticeboards. The Community Manager arrives with a prospect interested in joining the IWG community; you share details about the space to encourage them to join. At the end of the day you guide a large group in meeting room 3 to finish up, suggest a nearby restaurant for their break, and ensure everything is tidy before heading home. About You A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs; ideally 1+ year of customer service experience. Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations. Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment. Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
